West Seattle Bridge

December, 1982

If ever there was going to be mud anywhere in King County, you could bet you would be able to find it at the West Seattle Bridge. 

The mirror visible in the lower right corner of the picture is on my van; my camera and I are on the platform on top of the van that I had put there specifically for construction documentation.
