Jon's show was based on the legend of Chicken Little and certain stereotypical clichés about women. Chicken Little lay smashed under a piece of fallen sky. Tennis rackets became women's heads with pink curlers in their hair, more pink curlers hung from pink plastic draped from the ceiling and walls. A pink iron was ironing a pink lady on a pink ironing board. Jon, an accomplished belly dancer, gave us a performance during her opening. With the show over, she packed up the show in her station wagon with the tennis racket heads peeking out the back window: She said she enjoyed the interaction with people on the freeway.
